Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. The administration reserves the right to make any changes or updates on the server without prior notice to Players.
1.2. The administration has the right at any time, without explanation, to stop providing access to the server to a specific user or to the network as a whole.
1.3. The administration reserves the right to intervene in the course of gaming and forum events at its own discretion.
1.4. The administration is not responsible for the loss of game property, etc. as a result of ignorance of the rules of the game and the safety rules for using the gaming service.
1.5. By registering an account, you automatically agree to these rules and agree to comply with them.
1.6. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility for violating them; the player is obliged to independently monitor changes in this agreement

2. Gameplay

2.1. It is prohibited to use software (or disseminate information about it) that in any way affects the operation of the server or the gameplay.
2.2. Using game bugs or server software is prohibited.
2.3. The player is obliged to immediately notify the Administration about a noticed bug, error, or defect in the game or server software. And also about the violator who uses such errors. Concealing this information is regarded as complicity.
2.3.1. The use and concealment of game values and money (RMB and gold) directly or indirectly obtained as a result of the use of third-party software is prohibited. If such a situation arises, the player is obliged to immediately report the violation to the Administration.
2.4. It is prohibited to use profanity, insults, threats of violence or physical harm in general channels and communication services in the game and on the forum, insulting relatives and friends of players or provoking such insults, advertising drugs, pornographic materials, promoting intolerance towards race, nationality, religion , cultural, ideological, gender, linguistic or political affiliation, as well as encourage similar actions and statements made by other players.
2.5. The use of any obscene, offensive words and symbols in any form in the names or descriptions of characters, guilds and other game objects is prohibited.
2.6. Flooding (repeated or meaningless messages) is prohibited in game chat (general, trade, clan, world or private).
2.7. It is prohibited in the game and on the forum to create character names, names of objects, in-game objects that contain obscene language that insults other players.
* The administration reserves the right to give its own final linguistic assessment of the compliance of any phrases and words under clauses 2.4 - 2.6, and an assessment of the severity of the violation under clause 2.7
2.8. It is prohibited in the game and on the forum to create character names, names of objects, in-game objects of communities and player organizations, and any other insignia indicating affiliation with the Administration,
2.9. It is prohibited to advertise and distribute information about third-party Internet resources in any form.
2.10. Hacking, fraud, and unauthorized access to someone else's game account is prohibited. Intentionally mislead other players in order to gain access to their accounts.
2.11. Trade in game values is carried out directly by the players themselves and any mistakes made by participants in trading relations remain on their conscience.
2.12. Trading of game characters and accounts is prohibited. Trading in-game assets for non-game currency units is prohibited. Transfer of game accounts is prohibited. If the fact of purchase/sale/exchange/transfer is detected, the violator’s game account will be blocked.
2.13. It is prohibited to intentionally perform any actions that make it difficult or impossible for other users to access the game, or to create intentional interference in the game for other users that is not provided for by the existing gameplay (killing players (PC - Player Killing) on the server is a game moment and is not punished, except in cases provided for in this paragraph).

3. Guilds

3.1. Players have the right to create, delete, and manage guilds unlimitedly at their own discretion.
3.2. It is prohibited to use ambiguous, offensive, provocative names and avatars in the symbols and names of the guild.
3.3. It is prohibited to use names and avatars indicating affiliation with the Administration in the symbols and names of the guild.

4. Interaction with the Administration

4.1. It is prohibited to contact the Administration or GM of the server unless absolutely necessary. Any appeal to the Administration must contain a clear statement of the player’s problem. Before contacting, check to see if your question has been raised on the game forum.
4.2. Disrespectful attitude, slander, threats, blackmail and deception towards the Administration, discussion of the actions and work of the server Administration, both on the forum and in the game, are prohibited.
4.3. It is prohibited to argue with Project Representatives and challenge their actions.
4.4. It is forbidden to annoy the Administration with questions not related to the gameplay.
4.5. It is prohibited to publish or disclose correspondence (or its contents) with the Administration or GM without prior approval.
4.6. In case of disagreement with the actions of the GM, the player can write a complaint to the support service. The complaint must be stated in a reasoned manner, without emotions or violations of other points of the rules, and must also be confirmed by a screenshot or video file.

By connecting to the server, viewing the site and using it, you remain a guest of this resource, have the right to be on the resource and use the resource, connect to the server and stay on it until you violate any of the conditions or rules described above.
